If you are not happy with our services, please follow the complaints procedure as outlined below. We aim to resolve your complaint as soon as possible and in the most efficient manner possible in order to regain your confidence.
If you would like to complain, you should email your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that you include the following information in your email:
- Your name, date of birth and address
- Your trading account number
- A clear description of your complaint
- Details of what you would like us to do to put it right
- Copies of any relevant documents, such as letters, screenshot, trading statements, etc.
- A daytime telephone number where we can contact you
We aim to respond within 3 working days.
If you remain unsatisfied with the response from our Support team, you may then refer the matter to our Compliance Department. They will review your complaint and contact you directly. You may contact our Compliance team directly by sending an email to: email@example.com
We aim to resolve most matters within 21 days. However, some complaints are more complex and may take longer to resolve. If this is the case, we will keep you informed of our progress.
