When you make a deposit by Wire (For Zelle please follow separate instructions) please follow these instructions:
This is so that we can check that they money arrives is from you and to meet anti money laundering regulations.
If this is the first time you are sending a Wire, you must first add a bank account.
1. Go to Wallet- My Bank Accounts- Add a bank account
2. Enter the bank account details including address, account name, account number and either routing or IBAN
3. Enter your portal password and click submit
Now you had added your bank details you are ready to make a deposit:
1. Click Deposit in the right hand corner of the client portal
2. Select USD and the amount and click submit
3. Select Wire
4. Make a note of the instructions on the screen- DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER OR THE DEPOSIT BOX
5. Next, you need to then actually send the money to us, as we dont and cant access your bank account. To do this go to your banking app or online banking and send the money to us. Take a screen shot of the wire transfer confirmation.
6. Go back to the deposit box and click the here link circled below in red:
7. Upload the screen shot or wire confirmation and click Save. You will then see this message:
Once we have received your wire we will process your deposit within 4 hours
